Attendance Policy
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions.
To be eligible for certification, participants must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% of the total program hours.
Participants who do not meet the attendance requirement may not be eligible to receive a Professional Certificate.
Assessment & Certification Policy
Professional Certificates are awarded only to participants who successfully meet all program requirements.
To successfully complete a program, participants must:
Maintain a minimum attendance of 80% of the total program hours.
Complete all required assignments, projects, and learning activities within the specified deadlines.
Successfully deliver the required Microteaching sessions, demonstrating the assigned teaching approach, methodology, strategy, or lesson.
Successfully complete written assessments, practical tasks, and case study analyses, where applicable.
Achieve a satisfactory performance based on RTB's assessment rubrics and learning outcomes.
Assessment at RTB is practical, fair, transparent, and evidence-based. Participants receive constructive feedback throughout the program, with a focus on recognizing strengths, addressing areas for improvement, and supporting continuous professional growth.
Professional Certificates are awarded only after all attendance and assessment requirements have been successfully fulfilled.
Registration & Payment Policy
Registration is confirmed only after completing the registration process and receiving official confirmation from RTB.
Program fees, payment methods, and deadlines will be communicated prior to the start of each program.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participants who are unable to attend a program should notify RTB as early as possible.
Refunds, transfers, or rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with RTB's policies.
RTB reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a program when necessary. In such cases, participants will be informed promptly and offered an appropriate alternative.
Participant Code of Conduct
RTB is committed to maintaining a respectful, collaborative, and professional learning environment.
Participants are expected to:
Treat trainers and fellow participants with respect.
Participate actively and professionally throughout the program.
Complete assigned tasks honestly and independently.
Respect the intellectual property of RTB training materials.
Contribute positively to discussions and collaborative activities.
RTB reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment or violates professional standards.
Privacy Policy
RTB respects the privacy and confidentiality of all participants.
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for program administration, communication, certification, and quality assurance purposes.
Participant information will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
Quality Assurance Policy
